Jack William Miller will continue to pilot the No. 40 car in his second season of full-time INDY NXT competition
Miller Vinatieri Motorsports partners with ABEL Motorsports for 2025 INDY NXT by Firestone season
Speedway, Ind. – (February 4, 2025) Jack William Miller and his family-owned team, Miller Vinatieri Motorsports, have joined forces with ABEL Motorsports to contest the 2025 INDY NXT by Firestone Championship. Miller will continue to pilot his familiar No. 40 Patterson Dental Dallara throughout the 14-round schedule.
Making his INDY NXT debut in 2024, Miller demonstrated very quickly that he has the ability needed to succeed at this level, scoring four top twelve finishes, and two top ten finishes on his way to fifteenth in the drivers’ championship.

For the 21-year-old Indianapolis Indiana native, the opportunity to join a multi-car operation like ABEL Motorsports was one that Miller knew he couldn’t pass up on.
“I’m pumped to be joining ABEL Motorsports with Miller Vinatieri Motorsports for the 2025 INDY NXT by Firestone season,” said Jack William Miller.
This opportunity wouldn’t be possible without everyone at Patterson Dental and HomeLink. Their partnership and belief in me as a driver, really means the world to me.”
Competing as a lone entrant in 2024, the opportunity to have fast teammates that can contribute to car setup is something Miller thinks will be huge for him moving forward.

“Coming up through the ranks I haven’t really had a teammate, it’s mainly been me which can be awesome but does have its challenges. This year having Myles, Callum, Jordan, and the entire ABEL Motorsports group around me, and additional data points to look at will be huge,” exclaimed Miller.
“This team has proven it has what it takes to win at this level, so to be a part of the team and have this chance in front of me is really something special.”
With a team bolstered by veterans, Team Owner Bill Abel, is excited about the addition of Jack William Miller and the partnership with Miller Vinatieri Motorsports and the possibilities that come along with it.
“All of us at ABEL Motorsports are thrilled to welcome Jack William Miller and Miller Vinatieri Motorsports to the ABEL family, I think this partnership will be a great thing for both sides.”
“We always pay pretty close attention to the drivers and teams we are competing against, so we’ve know Jack William Miller and Jack Miller for quite a while now, and to have the opportunity to do something together is just awesome,” said Bill Abel.
As final preparations for the 2025 season are well underway, Bill Abel now has the final piece to the puzzle cemented for the year. Starting in the INDY NXT series in 2022 as a single car operation with an occasional second car, to the coming 2025 season having a competitive four car full-season program is something that Abel takes great pride in.
“Jack brings not only talent to our team, but the experience and knowledge of the INDY NXT series, which will just continue to help the group as a whole. I see where we are today in 2025 with four full-time drivers compared to when we started in 2022 with just the one car is amazing. I think it speaks volumes to the group we have at ABEL Motorsports, and what this team is capable of not only in 2025, but in the future too,” exclaimed Bill Abel.
Two-days of testing are all that stand in the way of Jack William Miller and ABEL Motorsports with Miller Vinatieri Motorsports ahead of the kickoff to the 2025 INDY NXT season on March 2nd on the Downtown Streets of St. Petersburg Florida. The 2025 Grand Prix of St. Petersburg will air live on March 2nd beginning at 10:00am ET live on Fox Sports 1.
