Challenging Round 13 for ABEL Motorsports at The Milwaukee Mile

–         Callum Hedge picks up his fifth top-five finish of the 2025 season

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Speedway, Ind. (August 27, 2025) – The 13th round of the 2025 INDY NXT by Firestone Championship at The Milwaukee Mile brought 90 laps of exciting oval racing while at the same time providing a challenge for ABEL Motorsports.

After scoring a top ten finish at the legendary one mile oval in 2024, Callum Hedge was hungry for more during his second go around in his sophomore season and accomplished just that.

“Another fourth in Milwaukee, I’m disappointed to not be on the podium but we just didn’t quite have the pace to make a move on the cars in front of us,” said Callum Hedge.

“Our car was super strong all weekend long, even getting us to third in qualifying. I was able to hang with the cars ahead of me for most of the race but just couldn’t get up there to challenge them. We have momentum rolling on the 17-car heading into the final race of the season in Nashville so we will be pushing to end the yar on a high,” exclaimed Hedge.

Hoping to add a sixth podium to his stat sheet in 2025, Myles Rowe was eager to find out what he and the number 99 car had for 90 laps.

“I’m satisfied with being in the top ten and finishing the race cleanly, but it was clearly a tougher race for us balance wise but at this point in the season I’m just very grateful to be with ABEL Motorsports and still running up front,” said Myles Rowe.

“Obviously we want more, but very happy with everything that has been going on. We sit fourth in the championship at the moment with third still possible, so we will be working as hard as we can to make Nashville as successful as possible,” stated Rowe.

Getting his first race at The Milwaukee Mile under his belt, Jordan Missig felt that his freshly liveried number 48 car had the pace to contend up front but ultimately had to settle for 13th on the day.

“Milwaukee will sting for a little bit of time just knowing the pace we had in our GR1PCO car but it showed the fight and resilience that I have as a driver, the never give up attitude shows I may be down but never out,” said Jordan Missig.

“One more oval to go and one more race left in the 2025 season at Nashville Superspeedway, just working hard to get a great result to finish out the year,” stated Missig.

For the INDY NXT sophomore from Indianapolis, Jack William Miller, the trip to Milwaukee was not the weekend he and his number 40 Patterson Dental / HomeLink crew had hoped for.

“Milwaukee was not our weekend in the Patterson Dental / HomeLink car but that’s how racing goes sometimes,” said Jack William Miller.

“We showed some pace this weekend, but it just never materialized into anything in the end unfortunately. I want to give a special shoutout to the amazing fans that showed up, the grandstands and autograph session were packed which always makes the weekend that much more exciting,” exclaimed Miller.

The final round of the 14-race INDY NXT by Firestone Championship at the Nashville Superspeedway takes place on Sunday August 31st with coverage beginning at 11:30am ET live on Fox Sports 1 and the INDYCAR Radio Network on Sirius channel 218.
